Privacy Policy
1. What we collect
- Forms on this site (waitlists, interest and audit-request forms): the email address you submit, plus any optional details you choose to include.
- Data you choose to send a specific product to use it (e.g. a QuickBooks Online or Xero export), used only to provide that product's service to you.
- Checkout: handled entirely by our merchant of record — we receive your name, email, and order details, but never your full card number (the merchant of record processes and stores payment details).
2. How we use it
To provide the product or service you asked for, to contact you about your order, request, or waitlist signup, and nothing else. We do not sell your data, and we do not share one customer's data with another.
3. Who we share it with
- Third-party AI model providers — our products are built on AI models we access through commercial APIs. Data you send a product for analysis is processed by that provider solely to produce your result, under terms that prohibit using it to train models. We don't retain it after your result is delivered. We are an independent product and are not affiliated with or endorsed by any AI model provider.
- Our merchant of record — payment processing, merchant-of-record billing, and sales-tax/VAT remittance. The provider is named on the checkout page before you pay.
- Amazon Web Services — receives form submissions (Lambda) and delivers them to our inbox (SES); also handles our email infrastructure.
- GitHub Pages — hosts this website.
Each of these providers has its own privacy policy governing the data they process on our behalf. Individual products may state additional product-specific details in their own privacy pages.
4. Your rights
You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the data we hold about you at any time by emailing info@atlasventuresgroup.net.
5. Changes
We may update this policy as our products evolve. Material changes will be reflected on this page with an updated date.
