1. Who we are
Atlas Ventures Group ("we", "us") is a software venture studio operating the products listed on this site. We can be reached at info@atlasventuresgroup.net.
2. What we offer
We build and operate self-serve software products. What each product does, and what it costs, is described on that product's own pages — currently the Bookkeeping Cleanup Auditor (a diagnostic tool that reads a QuickBooks Online or Xero export and reports suspected bookkeeping errors; in development, with a free cost estimator and a waitlist open now).
3. Product-specific terms
Where a product has its own terms, published on that product's own pages, those terms apply to your use of that product in addition to these, and control if they conflict.
4. Payment
Payments across our products are processed by a third-party reseller and merchant of record, identified by name on the checkout page before you pay. That provider handles billing, tax collection/remittance, and payment security. We do not store or process your card details ourselves. Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.
5. No warranty
Our products are provided "as is," several of them in beta or early access, without guarantee of specific outcomes. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the product or order in question.
6. Changes
We may update these terms as our products evolve. Material changes will be reflected on this page with an updated date.
