Refund / Cancellation Policy

Before your listing is posted

If you request a refund before your listing has been posted to the community channel(s) (MSPGeek Discord and/or r/msp), you'll receive a full refund, no questions asked. Just email team@atlasventuresgroup.net with your order details.

After your listing is posted

Once your listing has been posted, the service has been delivered and the purchase is non-refundable — this reflects the time and access cost of posting into these communities, not the outcome of your hiring search.

Our error

If we make a mistake on our end — a duplicate charge, or your listing isn't posted within 48 hours of purchase — you're entitled to a full refund regardless of the above, no exceptions.

How to request a refund

Email team@atlasventuresgroup.net with the email address used at checkout and your order reference. Refunds are processed by Paddle, our merchant of record, and typically appear back on your payment method within 5–10 business days.
